About

I coach the way a physical therapist would, with the eye of an athlete.

I'm Dain Wilson. I've spent five years training clients in Miami, two years studying to be a doctor of physical therapy, and more than a decade inside the sport of baseball. I've trained through every version of a body — athletic, big, lean, strong — and coached others through theirs.

The gap I see in most online training isn't programming — it's that most coaches don't understand what they're asking a body to do. I do. I build the training, then I think about how your shoulder is going to feel in year three.

If you want to look like you train, feel like you sleep, and move like you'll still be lifting at 60 — this is the work.
