Direct, hands-on coaching in the gym with me. Every session is programmed for you, not pulled from a template. We work on the lifts that matter for your goal, fix the mechanics that need fixing, and build you a body that looks and moves the way you want it to.

Online Coaching

The online program opens in limited cohorts. I take a small number of committed clients at a time because the coaching is real — weekly video review, custom programming, direct access to me, and a plan that adapts to your life.

I'm not taking everyone. I'm taking people who'll do the work. The application is five questions. If we're a fit, I'll reach out to schedule a call within 48 hours.

Common questions, honest answers.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

No. You need to want to be. I work with clients at every starting point, from "I haven't trained in five years" to "I deadlift 500 but my hip keeps hurting." The starting point doesn't matter as much as the willingness to do the work.

How is this different from an app?

An app gives you a program. I give you coaching. The program is part of the work — the larger part is what happens when you hit a plateau, tweak something, or need someone to actually look at your squat. Apps don't do that. I do.

Can I train from home?

For online coaching, yes, as long as you have a barbell or a reasonable set of dumbbells and a place to train. We can adapt to most home setups. In-person training is Miami only.

What if I don't like it?

In-person sessions are pay-as-you-go up to the pack price — no long commitment if it's not a fit. Online clients get a 14-day full-refund window if the coaching isn't what you expected. After that, you finish the term, because the work takes time and head-fakes don't get results.

Do you work with athletes?

Yes. Recreational lifters, adult athletes still playing in leagues, and return-to-performance work after injury. The DPT angle is especially useful here. Reach out and tell me what you're working with.
