About

I train people the way I'd want to be trained.

I grew up in the sport of baseball. Three years of collegiate ball, a body that broke and rebuilt itself more than once, and a front-row seat to how training either protects athletes or slowly takes them apart. That's what pulled me toward physical therapy — I wanted to understand why some bodies hold up and others don't.

After undergrad I earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, then started my doctorate in physical therapy here in Miami. I've been NASM-certified for five years. I've worked with clients who'd never touched a barbell, clients rehabbing from surgery, clients trying to get shredded for a wedding, and clients who just wanted to stop feeling 45 when they're 35.

What I've learned is that most people don't need a new diet or a new program. They need a coach who understands what they're actually asking their body to do — and builds the training around it. Fat loss and joint pain aren't separate problems. Muscle and mobility aren't a trade-off. You just need the system to be built by someone who thinks about both.

That's what I do. In-person in Miami, and soon online for anyone who wants this kind of coaching without a 45-minute drive.

If the Look / Feel / Move framework resonates — and if you want a coach who cares as much about year ten as he does about week ten — I'd like to work with you.

What I believe about training

Four principles that decide every program I write.

01

Mechanics first.

Before we load anything, the movement has to earn it. Most injuries come from ignoring this step. Most plateaus come from skipping it.

02

Specific beats fancy.

Your program shouldn't be a Pinterest board of exercises. It should be a plan with a logic — what gets emphasized, what gets repeated, and why.

03

Recovery is training.

Sleep, stress, and workload decide whether the work turns into results. If those aren't dialed, the program won't save you.

04

Train for 40 years.

Every week of programming should leave you more capable, not more beat up. The right test isn't how you feel after the session — it's how you move at 60.
